BJ Productions, headed by director and producer Babar Javed, has recently launched a major wave of projects as of early 2026, marking Javed’s return to the director’s chair.

Humrahi

 (Geo Entertainment): This is being promoted as a “mega project” and “the biggest love story of the year”. It stars the popular duo Danish Taimoor and Hiba Bukhari, alongside Azfar Rehman and Hajra Yamin. Directed by Babar Javed and written by Zanjabeel Asim Shah, it began airing or releasing promos in early 2026.

 

 

Ghulam Badshah Sundri

 (Green Entertainment): A high-intensity drama that premiered in January 2026. It features Imran Ashraf, Zaviyar Ijaz, and Hina Afridi, and is directed by Amin Iqbal.

 

 

Maa

 (Green Entertainment): An emotional family narrative that has released teasers as of late 2025 and early 2026. It features Aina Asif in a lead role.

 

 

Meri Bahuain

: A joint venture with MD Productions, this family drama explores the complexities of a joint family system. The ensemble cast includes Haroon Shahid, Babar Ali, and Shagufta Ejaz.

Upcoming Romantic Drama Mere Pass Raho Tum (Express TV)

: A new project starring Nawal Saeed and Omer Shahzad is slated for release, focusing on romantic and family themes.
